60-day satisfaction guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied within 60 days of the order delivery date, you may return any LED Panel purchase to us for a refund. Policy applies to LED panels only, not to any brackets or accessories sold separately.

3 years warranty service
If your light doesn’t work properly within 3 years of your purchase, we will repair or replace it. Each case will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and we will ensure you are back up and running as quickly as possible.

1 When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to SGROW. International shipping charges are non-refundable. The product must be returned in its original packaging together with all accessories, otherwise the warehouse will refuse delivery. After SGROW receives the product and checks for any damage or missing accessories, the refund will be made. If the returned lamp is damaged in any way or returned in an unsalable condition, the shipment will be rejected/returned to sender. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used on the original order

2. SGROW will evaluate each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. Resolution of warranty claims may include, but is not limited to: shipment of replacement parts, telephone or email support to resolve product issues, or replacement of the product with a new or refurbished unit. Warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase. Any and all customer damage to the lamp is not covered by the warranty. This includes breakage/damage caused by dropping, misuse, or tampering/turning on the light without prior authorization. Lamps and/or products are considered “unpacked” or “used” when the recipient receives the shipment and/or signs for it, regardless of usage, and therefore will be subject to any and all restocking charges if returned. Without exception.

3. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the item directly from and is non-transferable.

4 To initiate an optional return, customers must contact SGROW customer support via or Whatsapp:8613409804012 to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. If lights are sent without prior notice or authorization, SGROW will not be responsible for lost merchandise.

Delayed or lost refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically issued to your credit card or original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your original shipping charges will not be included in your refund.
