SGROW’s shipping policy is very simple, when you submit your order, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days of purchase, we try to ship same day. SGROW is not responsible for shipping-related delays caused by the carrier. Returns and Exchanges
SGROW’s return policy is simple – if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to exchange or return the product to us in “as new” condition including all included parts and accessories And in original packaging. – You only pay for the shipping costs of shipping the product back to us. Please include a note inside the package indicating whether you would like to return or exchange the item.
For returns, you will only be refunded the cost of the product purchased, excluding original shipping charges.

How to Return/Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send the product back to us at the address below, quoting your order number and the product you would like to return/exchange. Then, please tell us the reason for your return, or tell us which product you would like to have replaced. Upon receipt of your item, we will either reimburse you for the product or ship you a new item. For returns, we will charge the cost of the product to the same payment method used for the transaction.
